• California Air Resources Board: Diesel engine replacement to curb particulate pollution in on-road and off-road agricultural equipment. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) regulation.
• California Department of Water Resources: Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance. 20 X 2020 Water Conservation Plan.
• California State Water Resources Control Board: Regional Water Quality Control Board orders on farm waivers, irrigated lands, and runoff pollution.
• U.S. Environmental Protection Agency: So-called "Goby 11" lawsuit by Center for Biologic Diversity for failure of process on pesticide regulations.
