ANNUAL RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATION STATUS

CCN Pro status is a personal achievement. It is yours to keep for the rest of your life.  Your CCN Pro number will only be issued once.  Maintaining active status is a matter of annual renewal with a fee of $30 due by December 31.

We will send an invoice by mid-October each year.  At the time of renewal, we ask that you update your records with us so that we can communicate with you by email and mail.

In the past, Continuing Education Units were required for renewal but they are no longer a requirement per the January 2010 CCN Pro Committee meeting.

For Renewing CCN Pros:  Thank you for maintaining your certification.  You are a credit to the Nursery Industry and have been since 1969 when the program began.  We are proud to be able to say we have certified more nursery professionals than any other state besides being the originator of the certification program which over the years has spread to 30-33 states and other countries.  In the nursery, you are the most important asset.  You make the difference between great, knowledgeable customer service and customer service that does not have the necessary tools to serve the gardening public.

Lapsed CCN Pro Status: Thank you for wanting to return to active status. You are also a credit to the industry and worked hard to achieve CCN Pro.

You may renew at any time for the fee of $50 -- $30 for renewal and $20 administrative fee to reactivate your account in our system, add you to the internal list file, etc.

Send a check to CANGC, 1521 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.  Or, email aquinn@cgfa.org  and simply state that you want to renew your certification.  Include your full name, your CCN Pro number, your address with zip code, your email address and phone number.  You may pay with Visa/MC/American Express.  You can add your card number and expiration date to the email along with the three digit CVV# on the back of the card and we will charge your card according to your email instructions.
